3-2-1 Ratio Recruitment
Lancaster Fox consultants are targeted to work to a 3:2:1 ratio. This means that for each complete instruction or job spec we receive, we will only send you 3 CVs with the expectation of achieving 2 interviews, eventually yielding 1 offer of employment.
We expect to be recognised as a valuable staff supplier by sending only accurately assessed and qualified candidates. We do not measure our performance based on the volume of unsuitable applicants we have sent over to you.
