All prospective candidates must have the following industry knowledge and experience;
• Bachelor of Science in the area of specialization from a recognized Saudi, European or American University.
• Membership of a recognized professional Association.
• Extensive experience and knowledge in the field of designing similar major projects with adequate knowledge of Saudi Electricity Company and materials used in executing electrical works where the value of each project should not be less than SR 500 Million.
• Experience in designing similar projects in GCC is preferable.
