Air Quality Scientist
Air Quality Scientist required to join my clients Air Quality team located in Brighton provide air quality services to the Group – across all sectors and regions.

Their breadth of skills and services and global reach makes them one of the world's top players in delivering management, engineering and development consultancy solutions for their customers.
Our Clients work is primarily air quality management; assessing air quality impacts on human health, public amenity and sensitive ecological systems from a variety of emission sources.
They work on UK and international projects in the power, transport, water, waste and buildings sectors.
The role would be to undertake advanced atmospheric air dispersion modelling (AERMOD and ADMS) for Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental Permits, and planning applications and to inform the development of project design.
The role would also undertake due diligence work; assessing performance of projects against national and international standards.
The role requires the technical capabilities to undertake air quality modelling and an awareness of the legislation and policy influencing air quality assessment.
The role also requires good communication skills; the ability to communicate technical information to a wide audience including engineers, regulators and developers.
Skills in using GIS and mapping software would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline and have experience working in air quality management.
