Project Manager – Washrooms

Job Details

We are working with a market leader within the field of washroom fit out and refurbishment. They have been operating in London for a number of years, successfully completing numerous projects across the commercial, education and leisure sectors. They require a Project Manager to oversee simultaneous projects across the capital.

Duties:

  • Attend pre-start meetings
  • Oversee multiple Site Managers
  • Create procurement schedules
  • Support during the sales/tender process when required
  • Project manage the drawing process in tandem with the design manager
  • Place sub-contract orders and prepare sub-contract payment schedules for approval
  • Prepare and submit valuations
  • Create method statements, risk assessments and COSHH
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations and responsibilities are adhered to
  • Ensure that sub-contractors are informed with appropriate details of the company’s Health and Safety requirements

Requirements:

  • CSCS
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Extensive experience in Toilet and Washroom fit out projects – Applicants without this experience will not be considered for the role
